At Pound Fabrics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fabric or haberdashery items aren't quite right, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure the fabric is uncut, unwashed, and in its original condition, then securely package it to prevent any damage during transit.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Label your package clearly and send it back to our UK distribution center using a tracked shipping service for your peace of mind.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
